What should I do first after signup?

Open Workspace, upload one clear product photo, choose your selling platform, add product details, and generate one image before running a batch.

Why did Amazon reject my main image?

The usual causes are text, badges, props, non-white background, cropped product edges, or extra objects. Regenerate the Main image with a clean source photo and keep promotional content for supporting images.

How do credits work?

AI generation and advanced edits spend credits. Text overlay, crop, basic lighting, and local blur are browser-side tools and do not spend credits.

What is the CSV format for bulk upload?

Use name, category, and image_url as required columns. Optional columns are sku, features, brand_notes, and marketplace.

Where do I find finished images?

Open Library. Completed images appear there even if you leave Workspace while generation is running. You can select preview cards and download them as a ZIP.

Why is my generation stuck on queued?

Queued means the job was saved but the background worker has not started. If every new job stays queued, check the Inngest production app and environment variables.

Why does checkout say the plan is invalid?

The clicked plan is missing its payment product ID in the active Vercel environment. Fill the expected variable and redeploy.

The request was blocked by safety review before generation. Rewrite it as a marketplace-safe product edit and avoid unsafe or rights-infringing instructions.
