Open Settings from the app sidebar.

Use Billing to open the billing portal when your account has an active customer record.

Use Pricing to change plans or buy a credit pack.

If checkout shows an error, confirm that the selected payment provider has product IDs configured.

Contact support with your account email for invoice, refund, or account questions.

Credit packs never expire in the product logic.
Subscription credits are tied to the plan and billing cycle.
If a charge succeeded but credits did not appear, include the transaction date in your support email.
