Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Credit Packs
Credit pack purchases are generally final because credits are delivered immediately and can be used immediately. If you believe a duplicate charge or technical error occurred, contact support within 7 days.
Technical Issues
If a generation fails due to a Shelfgen-side issue, the app attempts to refund credits automatically. If credits were not returned, contact support with your account email and project ID.
Response Time
We aim to respond to billing and refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds, when approved, are processed through the original payment provider.
