Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Shelfgen websites, applications, image generation workflows, and related services.
By creating an account or using Shelfgen, you agree to these Terms. If you use Shelfgen on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
Subscriptions & Credits
Paid plans are billed through our payment providers and renew until canceled. Monthly plans grant monthly credits. Annual plans bill once per year and grant the annual credit bank up front.
Credit packs are one-time purchases, stack with your subscription, and do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing.
Cancellation
You can manage and cancel subscriptions from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by the payment provider.
Ownership & License
You retain ownership of product photos and source materials you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you receive a commercial license to use generated outputs.
You are responsible for confirming that generated images are accurate and appropriate for your product listings before publication.
Acceptable Use & AI Safety
Shelfgen may only be used for legitimate ecommerce, marketplace, and product catalog imagery. You may not use the service to create NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, hateful, illegal, counterfeit, or misleading product content.
You are responsible for ensuring prompts, uploads, and generated outputs comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and the rules of any marketplace where you publish images.
Platform & Provider Independence
Shelfgen is an independent product. References to marketplaces, storefront platforms, or AI providers describe compatibility and workflow support only; Shelfgen is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with those third parties unless expressly stated.
